Professor Marta Bertolaso
Professor of Philosophy of Science and Human Development, University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome, Italy
Marta Bertolaso is Full Professor of Philosophy of Science and Human Development at the University Campus Bio-Medico of Rome (Italy) and within the CCBIO project University of Bergen (Norway).
Her teaching and research work currently focuses on the relevance of the human factor in science and digital transitions. The integrated development of living systems has always been at the center of her interests (from the sciences of complexity to complex diseases such as cancer; from entrepreneurial ecosystems to business organizations) also in the light of new technologies and sustainable development.
Among the various positions at her University and other institutions, she is designated by the MITE (Ministry of Ecological Transition) for the CNBBSV (National Committee for Biosafety, Biotechnology and Life Sciences of the Presidency of the Council) and for the CTS (Committee Scientific Technician of the Ministry of Health). Marta Bertolaso is also founder and member of the Board with others of Venture Thinking.
Among other scientific-editorial commitments, Marta Bertolaso is Editor in Chief of the Springer Series Human Perspectives in Health Sciences and Technology. Her numerous national and international publications are also available at this link.

Professor Janine Bosak
Professor of Work & Organizational Psychology, DCU Business School, Ireland
Janine Bosak (PhD, University of Bern) is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Dublin City University (DCU) Business School and Director of Research of the Leadership & Talent Institute (LTI) at DCU. Prior to joining DCU, Janine worked as a visiting research scholar at Northwestern University (USA) and the University of Cambridge (UK) and she held faculty positions at the Universities of Bern and Fribourg in Switzerland. Janine was also a visiting Research Fellow at Boston University (USA) in 2015, a James M. Flaherty Visiting Professor at HEC Montreal (Canada) in 2016, and she is currently a Visiting Professor at the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing (China).
Janine served as executive committee member of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) from 2017 – 2022 and currently serves as representative-at-large of the Academy of Management (AOM) Careers Division. She is also an elected fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences (FAcSS). Janine conducts research, teaches, and consults in the areas of organizational behavior; gender and leadership; and employee well-being in organizations. Her work has been published across a range of journals (e.g. Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Human Resource Management Journal) and she sits on different editorial boards (e.g. Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology). Janine is also a certified and trained coach who advances the systemic and solution-focused approach to coaching.

Professor David Collings
Chair of Sustainable Business, Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland
David Collings holds the Chair of Sustainable Business at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. He previously held faculty positions at Dublin City University, the University of Sheffield (UK) and National University of Ireland, Galway. A former Fulbright Scholar, he has held visiting positions at Cornell University, King’s College London and Nanyang Business School in Singapore. He is a member of the Royal Irish Academy and a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He was the 51st Chair of the HR Division of the Academy of Management (2021/2022), the first non-US based scholar to be elected to this role.
He is a leading international expert on talent management, global mobility and sustainable work. He has published extensively in leading journals on these issues, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management and Organization Science. He has also edited 12 books including the Oxford Handbook of Talent Management. His work has been cited in media outlets including the BBC, Forbes, Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal. He has been ranked in the 2% of scientists based on research impact and his impact on practice has been recognised by HR Magazine (UK) who named him as one of the most influential thinkers in HR on five occasions.
He is currently associate editor at Academy of Management Perspectives and a former editor-in-chief at Human Resource Management Journal and the Journal of World Business. Professor James R. Otteson
Professor of Business Ethics, University of Notre Dame, US
James R. Otteson is John T. Ryan Jr. Professor of Business Ethics in the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame (US). He also serves as the director of the Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership, the Business Honors Program, and the Business Ethics and Society Program at Notre Dame.
He received his BA from Notre Dame and his PhD from the University of Chicago. His most recent books are Honorable Business (Oxford, 2019) and Seven Deadly Economic Sins (Cambridge, 2021).

Derville Rowland
Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Ireland
Derville Rowland was appointed Deputy Governor (Consumer and Investor Protection) on July 1 2022. She is responsible for overseeing consumer protection, securities and markets supervision, and enforcement. She serves as a member of both the management board and the board of supervisors of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
Derville was previously Director General, Financial Conduct, from September 2017 to May 2022. Prior to this, Derville was Director of Enforcement, responsible for investigations and enforcement of issues across all regulated sectors.
She joined the Central Bank in 2004 to set up the Administrative Sanctions Procedure and was appointed Head of Enforcement in 2010.
Previously, Derville worked for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as Regulatory Counsel, where she led Disciplinary and Admissions and Licensing cases, and gained extensive experience while practicing as a barrister in London and the South Eastern Circuit.

He is also Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Business and Society of IESE Business School. He was formerly Director of the Rafael Escolá Chair of Professional Ethics at the School of Engineering (TECNUN) from 2003 to 2007. Previously, he worked at the University of Asia & the Pacific (Manila). He was President of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN) from 2009 to 2012.
